Semilla (seed in Spanish) references the planting of an idea. Semilla is a 6-month program for early-stage food entrepreneurs - people like you who have an idea, a recipe, or a dream and need the tools, knowledge, and community to make it real.
24 weeks · 8–10 hours/week · Equivalent to a community college course

IMPORTANT INFORMATION- Semilla Program Requirements:
1. 6 In-Person Training Days
One in person training day per month over 24 weeks. These are your core learning intensives — attendance is required.
2. Weekly Advisor Meeting
One dedicated hour each week with your Semilla program advisor to review your work, stay on track, and problem-solve together. May be virtual but in person is preferred.
3. 2- 6 Worksheets Per Week Structured exercises tied to each week's topic. Complete them before your advisory meeting.
4. 3 Webinars Per Week Short online sessions assigned each week. Watch them on your own schedule - but within the same week.
5. 8–10 Hours Per Week Your total weekly time commitment across all program activities. Treat it like a class you cannot skip.
6. Full 24-Week Commitment You are here for the whole journey. If something comes up, talk to your advisor early - we will work with you.
7. Show Up for Your Cohort You will grow alongside other entrepreneurs. Respect their time, share your experience, and build together. |

$200 required at sign up
Scholarship available to cover entire program cost
